How do we make Nigeria a better place?

Phone Log:

Kunle: Talked on Electricity; the fed govt shld set up a supervisory board that monitors the activities of each phcn units in
different local govts.

Olumide: says Love should be allowed to prevail among citizens of the country, without which, there can be no positive change.

Francisca: Discussed a change of leadership;

Chukwuemeka: Wishes and prays that Nigeria would be the best country in the world. He encourages payment of taxes and observing civic
responsibilities, obey traffic rules. He further explains that; each individual represnts Nigeria and therefore we should change our
attitudes towards life and be positive towards the country. The people in authority and not different from us, therefore, we should
support and work hand in hand with those in power to make our democracy work.

Ayobami: Discusses National Development. he ponders on why Nigerians obey laws in other countries and disobeys laws here in Nigeria,
He advises, that people should bring in good values from other countries and make it work in Nigeria. Unfortunately, our law enforcers
are the ones breaking rules in the public.

Funke: Nigeria is blessed. She advises we emulate great leaders and move the country forward. Governor Fashola of lagos state is an
example.

Jibola: Advises Nigerians to make transparency and accountability our personal and social values. He expresses his sadness as regards
people going into politics in order to enrich their own pockets and satisfying their needs instead of the general masses. The god-
fatherism in our politics should be discouraged.

Duke: Says prayers for Nigeria

Opeyemi: we need leaders that has passion for the country and for the progress of the country. Our people should believe that we can
do it.

Chaz B: Making Nigeria better starts from you and me. It starts from that person you see standing in the mirror.

Tony: The print media and e-media should write positive things about the country instead of painting the country black in the worlds
face. Others take us the way we present ourselves.

Dayo: Says the Nigerian constitution needs be reviewed. He expresses his displeasure about the electricity supply of the country.
Unfortunately, most of our so called leaders are involved in the generator business, thereby not wanting the success of steady power
supply.

Doyin: Development is not about the goverment, it is about what we can do for ourselves and do for others.

Ada: Our people should think positive and put the interest of the country in mind.

Chaz B: We should all turn from our wicked ways and ask God for forgiveness.

More on the discussion, The Government should diversify the economy from oil and invest in other natural resources such as, agriculture
and so on and also putting the right people in power.

What can you do for your country instead of putting all blames on the government? There are numerous multi-millionaires in Nigeria,
and yet, they are not contributing to the progress of the country, and still putting all blames on the govt.

Joe: Instead of the said Re-branding Nigeria, we Nigerians, should re-brand ourselves.

Kemi: We need God to touch the hearts of Nigerians

Chaz B: Most of our youths have the mind set of getting into politics to enrich their purses instead of pushing the country forward,
but only if we can change our minds towards the positive side,, all shall be well.

We appreciate everyone that has taken time to participate in this show, and we pray God bless you all.
