PROSTITUTION……..WILL GOD FORGIVE A PROSTITIUTE?
Prostitution is often referred to as the “oldest profession.” Indeed, it has always been a common way for women to make money, even in Bible times. The Bible tells us that prostitution is immoral. Proverbs 23:27-28 says, “For a prostitute is a deep pit and a wayward wife is a narrow well. Like a bandit she lies in wait, and multiplies the unfaithful among men.”
Prostitution not only destroys marriages, families, and lives, but it destroys the spirit and soul in a way that leads to physical and spiritual death. God’s desire is that we stay pure and use our bodies as tools for His use and glory (Romans 6:13). First Corinthians 6:13 says, “The body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.”
Although prostitution is sinful, prostitutes are not beyond God’s scope of forgiveness. The Bible records His use of a prostitute named Rahab to further the fulfillment of His plan. As a result of her obedience, she and her family were rewarded and blessed (Joshua 2:1; 6:17-25). In the New Testament, a woman who had been known for being a sexual sinner—before Jesus forgave and cleansed her from sin—found an opportunity to serve Jesus while He was visiting in the home of a Pharisee. The woman, recognizing Christ for who He is, brought a bottle of expensive perfume to Him. In regret and repentance, the woman wept and poured perfume on His feet, wiping it with her hair. When the Pharisees criticized Jesus for accepting this act of love from the “immoral” woman, He admonished them and accepted the woman’s worship. Because of her faith, Christ had forgiven all her sins, and she was received into His kingdom (Luke 7:36-50).
Just like anyone else, prostitutes have the opportunity to receive salvation and eternal life from God, to be cleansed of all their unrighteousness and be given a brand new life! All they must do is turn away from their sinful lifestyle and turn to the living God, whose grace and mercy are boundless. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Yes He will, there is no sin that God cannot forgive, He forgave a woman that committed adultery and He said go and sin no more, He loves a sinner that repent, He loves us but hates the sin we commit. He will forgive over and over again. I listented to the woman that told us her story yesterday on life focus what l can say is all the years that cankerworm,caterpillars has eating the Lord will restore and she shall forget all those years.Chaz B and Adeola weldone.

There are male prostitutes as well as female prostitutes. Also, there are corporate prostitutes. Whichever one, God will forgive a prostitute. Most importantly, turn from the sinful lifestyle to the living God in total obedience. Be a doer of the Word and not a hearer only.

Prostitution is bad in all ramifications but the truth reminds that they all need help from someone to push them out of it. Flash your mind back most of this girls you see out there on the street, clubs middle of night some will tell you provety, peer pressure etc. if you get into discussion with them you will know that most are already fused into it. Most of these girls will ask you a question what do i eat? where do i go?How do my younger ones go to school? I can't secure a good paying job. Mine you am not in support of prostitution it sinful but they all need love and care to pull down out of this pit.

Definitely God will forgive a prostitue. The most important thing is when the pros titute repents and forsakes his or her old ways and ask for forgiveness, God will surely forgive.

yes, our God is a very merciful God, like you said they have the opportunity to recieve salvation n Eternal life from God.but God always waits for us to make the first move.so all that is needed from a prostitute is determination,prayer and geniune repentance cos it aint easy. and the Grace of God will definitely be sufficient.

Our God is full of mercies, he can forgive all our sins as long as we r willing to change, so no matter the level of prostitution God can forgive all. this is good news for all.

Yes, God will forgive a prostitute, if only she accept Jesus Christ into her life as her Lord and Saviour, and ask God for forgiveness of sin, God is a merciful God, He will forgive because His mercies is for ever more. But please she (prostitute) should not go back to prostitution. Because it is a sin, and the eye of the Lord cannot behold sin.

Yes, God will forgive a prostitute, if only she truely accept jesus christ as her Lord and personal savor and forsack all those life she had lived befor. God is a mercyful father his able to forgive and forget all our short comings. but the only sin that i know very well that God will not forgive and can never is { HOLY GHOST} When you speak against the holy ghost you shall not be forgiven, neither in the world, neither in world to come. Matthew 12 vs 31-32.

yes he definitely will! he is willing if the prostitute is willing. his grace and mercy is available if the prostitute will tap into it. prostitution is not only a sin against God but a grave and destructive sin against one's self. prostitution is not a greater sin- he who has no sin, let him cast the first stone. He/ she whom God has not condemned remains uncondemned but he/she must break lose from its hold.

Our God is merciful and just. He will always forgive as long as the person in question is repenting genuinly. If HE has forgiven people who have done worse things than prostitution, how much more a prostitute who repents and forsakes hi/her sinful ways.

yeah our God is a forgiving God.He will surely forgive any prostitute because in his word it is written that heaven rejoices over a sinner that repents.

Absolutely yes! there is no sin that is not forgive except that against the Holy Ghost. No matter how high is the sin the blood of Jesus covered it. So prostitute God can forgive, with a condition of open your mouth and ask. Ask is shall be give.. this is the rule.
